We also collect customer feedback and handle reclamations to develop our services and to improve customer satisfaction.

Caproc Oy keeps personal details in customer relations management system. Our customer information register may include following details:

  • First and last name
  • email address
  • phone number
  • title

IP-address, browser type, time of visiting web site..

Details are collected from contact form and possibly later by using our software services.

Forwarding private details

Information of customer register used only by dedicated Caproc Oy employees and is not forwarded to third parties.

Information is not forwarded outside EU.

Information is used by respecting privacy of contacts and according to effective laws.

 

How do we store your data?

We store your data securely in databases that are protected with firewalls, passwords and other technical means. Any possible manually used details are kept in locked and secured facilities. Information is accessible only by authorized personnel.
